Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do if your plans change.
You can get a full refund on your pass until July 17, 2024 at 11:59 pm CEST. After July 17, 2024, we will only provide a refund if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase before September 18, 2024. No refunds will be issued after September 18, 2024.
Please note: if the in-person event gets cancelled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of your in-person passes.
You also have the option of transferring your pass, which you can do yourself for free at any point until twenty-four hours prior to the event.
